MBRP EXHAUST
Personally, i really like it. I'm having my head ported and the MBRP head pipe flange(where it mounts to the head) is 28mm ID. The DS exhaust port is 27.5mm ID! Does'nt leave much to open up for me. I'm going with a RWR pipe which is 30mm ID. My porter is matching the carb/intake/exhaust to the head(I believe he said he would be flowing it with them attatched as well as w/o).

I'm very happy with my MBRP slip-on. The quality & workmanship are top notch, it fits great, the power increase is definitely noticeable, and it's quiet. Being maintenance-free is another nice feature. Why do so many of you want to get rid of yours?

The Raptor pipe is high quality. It has a strapless support design; Therefore, there will be no vibration marks and gouges on the silencer caused from a strap. The Raptor pipe also has been engineered to deliver excellent power in all RPM ranges, especially in the high RPM band. It's too bad the DS owners weren't able to benefit from this high level of engineering.

I too "had" the MBRP full system. Then I wrecked and messed up the slip on part. They want 30 to ship it back to Canada where it is made plus 25 bucks to fix it and then another 30 bucks to ship it back. Im running the WB R4 slip on with the MBRP head pipes right now. I like the MBRP but it seemed to rev out to quick the R4 gave the DS a smother powerband. But if anyone can beat what MBRP wants to fix my pipe then maybe we can work something out? PM me

My MBRP pipe didn't fit worth a $hit!!!! I had to cut a little on the bottom of the airbox and a lot of dickin around just to make it fit!! May be it was just me but if anyone wants to trade for a pipe that is close to as quiet as the MBRP let me know. PM me if you want to do a trade.....
