How are DS650s foing for in the US???

I bought mine for 7100 OTD. Yes it is a lot but look at what your getting. I yet to have a problem with mine. My best advice to anyone that is looking for a bike is to find a good dealer. the dealer makes all the difference! Or you could spend atleast 5400 to buy another bike and put 1500 more into it to keep up with the DS and still not have the suspension the DS has. Maybe 7000 is to much for some people but that is why there are other bikes to chose from. It really bothers me that people that ride other bikes have to bash a bike that most of them haven't even researched or ridden.

Don't buy DS You won't like it. Too Much and alot of problems. No Power but nice speed oh well. Banshee can keep up with DS pretty well. I would wait for the New Superior Yamaha 660. If it looks good and fastest and no problems. I would buy! I don't care how much. Anyway, I would wait for the new Kick butt Suzuki's Quad Sport and DS in 2001 and also that almighty Yamaha 660. Yamaha Rulz! Honda are okay, Suzuki Kick ***, Kazxiy crappy.

I totally agree,it seems like everytime someone post something in this forum,one of them jap owners come in and bash us.Its too bad because the only reason they come in here is because they wish they had a real quad.You dont see us bashing the honda or yamaha forums.We can care less about all of their problems they are having,and boy their forums are packed with them.So why dont you guys stay in your little honda forums and complain about how bad you got womped by the ds and how cheaply your frames are made. How do you know he won't like it? Do you own one? I really hate to see a very good quad get ripped on by some one that knows nothing about it! Oh I forgot you know everything like the new yamahaha is going to be a 660 before the mags and dealers! I really wish that all you DS bashers would take your useless comments back to your own sites so the people that are interested in useful information on the DS could talk without having to read your babble! So take your little toys and play elsewhere!!!

 

Actually I am not buying one I am selling one. According to the price you guys gave for a new one, the one I have is a very good price. It was purchased for someone's kid and the parents opened their eyes and realized this machine is not for kids!

Wolverine and a King Quad. Talk about heavy and slow, you don't get much heavier and slower for their engine class.

You need to get back on the short bus and head on over to the "superior" Yamahhahahahaaha forum. Do they even have a Susucki forum? Didn't even bother to look.

The guy came in an asked how much a DS cost? And you bunch of idiots started arguing over which company makes better quads. And you guys say you don't bash other forums then what do you call "Susuki" and "Yamahahaha" looks to me like you do bash other forums. But I have to agree on the Suzuki one, but Yamaha I would strongly disagree.

 

OK so where in all of your babble did you state how much a DS cost... Oh wait you didn't. So I don’t know where you are coming from but if you don't own a DS why are you in the bombardier forum? I also think that it was stated that "we don't go into other forums and bash on their bikes". That is just plain juvenile. I believe that most of the people in this forum are not interested in other forums they would rather spend their time discussing ideas and info in their own forum. So when you grow up and decide to say something useful please let us know it will be a first! Until then please keep your comments out of OUR forum they are of no use to us.
