Just wanting to know who was going to shiloh ridge in alto, tx on July 4th & who would be drag racing 300ft there? Hopefully Mr. West (AKA "BOO") will have his drag banshees along with his new toy, a scrambler with a 800cc snowmobile motor. So anyone going to make it? Their also will be alot of muddin going on, atvs & some big a$$ trucks.

 

Are they gonna run on the 300ft track w/ timing lights? They used to(I got 1st place on July 4th weekend back in 2000). I thought they shut that part down after that race.

 

Birdoprey, yes they did. we have a area set up that we run with out lights. I think they still run it for the ATV rodeo's that they do twice a year I think. I think Kelly let Mr. West have it for use 2 weeks ago. I think the next ATV rodeo is the 3rd week of september. Some were close to that. But we have a area that we can still run with out lights that is marked off 300ft. Everyone lines up & waves the hat to go, not great but we have a good time. There is alittle for everyone, 400ex's, z400's, kaw700, DS650's, Raptors, drag banshees, polaris 2 & 4 strokes & maybe a 800cc scammy. I have also seen the 4x4 avts run each other. MrMeaner, sorry we missed you. 14mins said you pulled out 20minutes before we showed up. we hang out a few mins. and left & went to rocky ridge up near decatur. I need to find out how much shipping for the 4snow to mesquite, tx 75149 so I can send you the money for shipping. The shiloh ridge is not a event on 4th july but they have a atv rodeo that they do twice a year that they the track & lights set up. Holiday weekends we have our own area that we race 300ft & have a flag man. let me know something. Later!
