I didn't mean to put the place down, my experience really wasn't bad at all, the guys that run it are really nice and they try to keep it quiet for you. They have a store right out front too, with ice, beer, and pop, and its only 10 minutes from town and 10 minutes from Thunder Mt. so its convenient.

I will let you know my experience, I will be staying there this weekend. I think it will be fine, wish there was grass and trees, but I will take what I can get at this point.

BLM Campground at Egin Lakes is now open. They have developed the site to better suit RV users, but the trees everyone used to use were on private ground, so they are now fenced off.
Essentially a hard packed gravel lot. Check with the Ranger before setting up, especially on a big weekend. He'll work with you, but won't put up with smart alecks and whiners.
If you are planning on tenting, ask him about going out by the lake. Their are some special rules about tenting out there and he will check on you to see if you are complying, but if you like to tent, it sure beats the camground.
Oh yes, still no set fees, but they are encouraging donations. The place is 200% better so everyone shouldn't have a problem antying up a few bucks per night. No Showers but the restrooms are super clean.
