Being canadian clearly makes you faster. Duh.

What a no-brainer.

I'm running mikuni 180 main and the plug looks like it could be a little on the rich side, so I put in a 175 and still getting beat, my buddies DS was a Bombardier demo quad so I don't know if it was fine tuned or what but it sure is fast .

stockbomb, like sandman said, i would check the gearing, and i don't know what elevation you ride at, but i'm at sea level and have the trinity exhaust with the mikuni 190 main...that is the jet trinity recommends also, what is the weight of the riders. if you are not quite a bit heavier than your friend, you should be taking him

we are both running stock gearing, and I weigh about 30 lbs. more than him. I didn't go with the 190 main because the plugs showed a rich condition with the 180 main, so I'm at a loss for words on why a bone stock DS is beating me.

At the time I had a HSR45 and a HMF slipon and a buddy's stocker would hang right with me. I weigh about 30-40lbs. more than him. He also might be a better dragger than me too....it all makes the difference. Some quads are just naturally faster than others.
