I need some parts, wrecked Baja Last night
#1
Well gentlemen, I finially did it
I was out riding last night, feeling quite adventurous, and decided to brush up on my wheelie skills....... big mistake. Top of third shifting to fourth got a little high, planted the bumper into the gravel.......All I remember was doing cartwheels down the gravel road ending up in the ditch.... So as it sits now I need sterring stem right side upper and lower control A-arms, roght side spindle, Headlight(complete unit) Nose plastic, right side auxilary light, rad, handle bars and I think that is about itm, the rest can be twisted back into shape. Anyone have any good used parts that they are looking to part with or suggestion on where to find some decent aftermarket stuff.
Any Help Appreciated
Regards,
Dean

I have a steering stem thats all straight except the top plate. The plate is only slightly bent and would be an extremely easy fix.My buddy rolled my quad when it was only a week old....he felt bad and replaced it otherwise if the quad was a little older i would have just straightened out this one.If your interested pm me.

THAT REALLY SUCK'S MAN!! The same thing happend to my DS before I bought it..... My friend was riding a wheelie, shifted to 4th and it came back and he ended up bailling and the quad doing cartwheeles as you stated.... He took it to the Bomb shop and the bill was about $1100. I bought it soon after!

That's just nasty Wannaride...
I'll keep the wheelies at a slower speed .
Hope you do to, next time.

yeah just when you think you have the wheelie thing figured out it can bit you in the butt.two years ago while riding a 400 ex i thought i would show off on the beach for a group of tourists that were in a large buggy that holds about fifty people and it didnt work out well at all.i was in third gear and thought i was doing just great and i hit a small sand ledge and went over backwards pretty much wide open .the bad part was that this happened just as i was passing the tourist buggy and i can tell you that i couldnt get back on and get out of there quick enough.i guess if there is a point to what i am saying it is that no matter how long you have been doing wheelies if you are going to do them at speed just make sure to do it on a safe surface because eventually we all are going to take a spill.
