That's Bull$hit.... Opps, better not swear... I would say it's time to have an a$$ kicking party and you know who would be the guest of honor.. For that kind of money spent quality problems shouldn't be an issue unless they want to make a bad name for themselves...... And Samcoe doesn't sound too promising from what I hear.

Well let me tell you, they work awsome. No complaints. I havent run the tm45 or the dual 39 on my bike so i cant tell you how they compare to those but these carbs pull from bottom to top smooth with no dead spots or stumbles. They are a lot different from jetting a mikuni or kehien, But once you get them set up altitude doesnt seem to effect these carbs like others. I wouldnt trade them for any others. The only thing is the cables exit out the top of the carbs and it was tricky getting cables routed, no big deal though!

Sandman, the history with Samcoe performance and me is that about 7 months ago i ordered a 103mm piston and he sent me a 105mm.. so i called him and asked him if this would work and he said ,"YES" it is a bolt on kit, well when my mechanic down here called him to tell him that the top of piston wasnt cut right to clear chamber he told him to modify it which resulted in my head getting sxrewed up.i then had it put together and taken apart about 4 times because of the head gasket leak issue, then he came out with the copper o-ring and aluminum head gasket which fixed that leak problem and he then talked with JE piston to get the right cut on top of piston, it has been a money pit from day 1...so if i had this many problems with it you can only imagine the other problems people are haveing and what they go through... he still has not returned my call yet..

Remember that was John's fault. Sam didn't tell him to touch the head. John was the idiot in this case. Really it is just a case of if you are going to have these things built, send it to the guy whose kit you are buying. That way he has to warranty his workmanship. Or have the guy do all the cylinder and head work and then you put it back together.
