At 2:55 am I was woke up by a loud exhaust. It sounded like my neighbors car and I thought it was strange so I looked out the window. I was shocked to see three people walking to the back of my enclosed trailer. When running to the door I grabbed the phone off the buffett to call the cops, but it wasn't the cordless one. Opps. I ripped it from the wall.When I opened my front door I yelled "THAT'S A FU**ING GOOD WAY TO GET SHOT!" Without a peep they ran to their truck and raced off. within 2 minutes there were 4 police cars cruising the streets with their lights off looking for the truck. They dusted the trailer door for prints but couldn't get any.They didn't catch them either. At least they didn't get anything.

 

Did you get a look at the vehicle they were driving or a license plate number?

 

Thats a good way to get Shot .........Heck if you make it past my dogs You will be SHOT ! either my wife Kid or ME ! Dont come messing with our Family's toys .

 

Are you talking any new precaustion to make sure it doesn't happen again.???

Well just an update. They caught the three that night. I didn't know until last Friday when I read it in our towns paper; it only comes out once a week. It was on the front page. I guess they had already broke into 7 other cars that night and had been on a spree for the past few days in the surrounding towns. The paper said that they cought them within 45 minutes because of my detailed discription of the vehicle. I guess that there was allsorts of stuff in the pickup that had been stolen. The police never told me that they cought them but the paper gave a real clear picture of what happened on the 8th vehicle when they attempted to thieve from it: including my first and last name, and my address[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img]. glad to hear they got caught, makes me feel better about the stuff i've had stolen maybe they will get caught.

 

Thats great to hear, one less theif we have to worry about. Hopefully they dont just slapped on the wrist.
