Surtraks for 180, or realters for 190? and also what is cheapest pipe! (for DS?)

im going to be buying a new set of rear tires/rims for my DS here soon
i decided i wanted a more agressive tire (so i can run them year round, and have good results in sand/snow)
should i get 22x10x9 or 22x10x10? (does it matter?)
and lastly...what is the cheapest exhaust?
i only want slip on....but want low buck low power band gains (if possible)
also is it absolutely neccessary to rejet with pipe? (depend on pipe flow?)
thanks

the cheaper, the better....
ok first off, were can i purchase the endcaps? (are there different styles, that allow different amounts of flow, or only one?)
where can iget one?
i was planning on getting a K&N, and using an outerwears, and taking off the airbox lid (bad idea?) then of course rejetting....
how do i go about cutting the carb spring? any detailed plans for it so i dont screw it up!?!?! lol
thanks

i was actually thinking...i was looking around on ebay the other day and saw a custom airbox lid, that has a large hole in it, with an outerwears* cover over the hole....(allowing more air flow...but less risk of contamination)
is this, and/or removing the airbox lid a bad idea? (too risky to get water/debris in?)
also LILKNOTTS, what have you noticed for treadwear on the realters (run year round or only winter?)
i definately need the extra set of tires to last

well unlesss your riding in extremely dry conditions for long periods of time you'll be fine, but i only run them in the winter now, i did use them in the summer wen i first got it and they did wear some but it was dry, the clay had like 3/4" cracks all over
and thats lilnotts, lol, don't wrry bout it tho, even the insurance company has got it wrong

Ummk. Realtors just downright bite TOO MUCH in the dry stuff. Try to fishtail or whip around a corner with REALTORS on grass and chances are you'll roll the quad on get yourself into an "off-camber situation". With enough throttle in the corners they will submit and break loose... There is such a thing as too much traction during the dry months...Like going up very steep hills...you need tire slip to get you up there...
I figure that they do not slide very well at all...but they will give you straight line traction in EVERYTHING...they are also reversible...Flip them one way for deep snow..and the other for hardpack and dirt.
I have not tried Realtors on my DS..but I have tried a 440EX with them and it was just too much for the dry months.
But in the winter...there is no match for the Realtors (some may say 4snows..i dunno), but I've heard the Sur Traks are pretty good in snow too.
I'd say keep the Sur Traks man....
