If i wanted advice on how to beat a Raptor, i sure wouldn't depend on a Raptor owner!!!LOL
If you want the fastest AND most consistant times a wheely bar is a must!!

Dune Devil hit it on the head!!! With 4-Snows on loose, damp dirt with 15/42 gearing dumping the clutch at about 7 grand you better hang on!!

MAXXIS makes them, you can get 2 of them for around $90 shipped.

Chaparral is the best place i know to get them.

Everybody around here runs them backwards, unlike a lot of pics i've seen here.

Any of you guys tried running them backwards?

Didn't see 4-snows, I saw some sur-traks. Do 4-snows look like spider-traks?

Hmm... interesting question. I would say that a bigger wheel would be better and a shorter sidewall, unless you had beadlocks. If you had beadlocks, I think of drag races. I've never been to any ATV drag but I imagine you run a little lower air pressure to hook up better off the line, or not because it would slow top speed and accel? Now that I think about it, you probably run normal air b/c they need the top speed since they are running at high speed for a while on a drag, right? Interesting, interesting.... I really have no idea on this, never been to a drag. I'm ready to learn though
