Default Front Fender Bracket needed...part II

Okay I'm almost done with my DS. I pretty much got all the parts I need for it except one thing; the rider's side fender bracket. Mine is cracked from the roll I had about 6 weeks ago and I finally got a fire under my rear to work on it. Anyone want to let go of one? I'm in need here... the dealer wants way too much money.

If its the front fender your talking abought, I have welded mine back together 3 times on each side. They are $100 new and abought 5 minutes to just weld back together. They have never rebroke in the same spot again. Just in a different spot. I figure there aint no point in putting money into something that is going to break again whene I can fix it for free.

The first time I was just crusing the Black hills. There wasent even any mud on it it just fell off. I suspected that it was cracked from a previous roll the winter before but dont know. The second tome it was loded up bigtime with clay type mud and getting bounsed around threw som extremly ruff stuf.I think the wheight of the mud just was tomuch to be bounced around like that. The rest of the times I was on a MX track and they would fall off when I landed big air jumps. A few times they where cuovered in mud from to much wetting of the track. The rest where just hard landings from a long ways in the air.

Ive thought abought doing that but 9 times out of 10 I wind up in mud or water. I dont like whereing what im riding on unless it is absolutly unavoidable. If all I did was drag race the thing or ride in the sand that would be anouther story but the nerest sand is 12+ hours away and drag racing is not much fun for my concern.

When your on a muddy track or any mud at all you wish you have them on. Personally I think they are brilliant, not goofey. Bombardier really had a well thought out quad.

I can't believe how easy they are to remove - two bolts with two nuts - how much easier can it be? so you gottatake off the wheel - no big deal either, good oportunity to inspect the rotors and pads.

That's funny cause I removed my broken one without taking the wheel off. Oh well.. looks like I could't get a deal on on.. tomorrow I place the order on it. =(
