Default Gas stains?

My ds leaked gas all over the back of the case and front part of the swingarm. I have tried simple green cleaner and scrubbed, didn't work. I tried to use rubbing compound and that didn't help either. Do any of you know of a good cleaning product that may help remove the stains? You think I'm just S.O.L. ?? It don't leak when it just sits around, I think it happens when I wheelie for along time, It does start to cut out. any fixes?

Thanks jeremy

hauled my bike with the fuel petcock on, forgot to turn it off, overflow leaked gas on back of case every time I hit a bump. mine's got a yellow tint too because of this, as well as spilling a bit of gas changing jetting. put a rag under that carb before you pull the bowl plug, or the bowl, depending on your carb.

I've found nothing to get rid of it, think the paint has just been altered, as apposed to a stain that can be removed, but let me know if you find something 'cause I'd really like to get rid of it too.
