Default warm up noise?

When I first fire up my X I notice a clicking sound comming from what sounds like the overhead cams. The clicking or tapping noise goes away after about 20 seconds when the engine is warmed up. What is this noise? Is it usual? The quad has about 27 miles on it. All help will be appreciated. JON

Yes it's OK....it takes a few seconds for oil to get slung up onto the shims.

Try turning your idle adjustment up, because if your idle is too low the automatic decompressor will "click" because of not enough syntrifical force to deactivate it.....
