Yeah, it could be. The water pump seals are in the clutch side cover. It's pretty easy to change the seals while your doing the clutch springs. I know you don't want to hear that after just putting it back together but, I had to tell you. I replaced mine at about 75 to 100 hours with new seals and new shaft. Do you ride in alot of water? if so, small particles can find their way up through the tiny weephole below your waterpump and score your water pump shaft and damage the seals causing the leaks.

I used to ride through a lot of water myself and when my seals started leaking I got this idea from Hightower:
Water pump weephole mod..
This helps keep the small particles from getting into your seals. There is a small hose bib connected to some 1/8 inch tubing that's curled up under the engine. I'm not running this anymore because I haven't been riding through water. But if I was I would use this again. It helps!

It could be leaking through the inside seal into your oil. The outside seal will leak through the weep hole. Is your oil milky looking at all? You could be burning off the excess water if it's a small leak into the oil side of the seal.

you can order the seals from bombardier for ~$6 each. you could pull the head yourself, then find a cheap engine shop than can extract the valve springs and install the new seals for probably less than $100, and do the work in one day. If you try to go through a Bombardier dealer and under warranty, you're tpically in for a long road and a lot of hassles.
