What's wrong with yours?
If your tube is bent, just take it to a welding shop and have them replace the tube. That's what I did and it only cost $35 (labor and the metal). I had the tube lengthend by 1 1/4" so I can use Renthal bars and not have them hit the tank.
Make sure the tube they use is the exact same size.

It doesn't matter how bent it is, the shop is going to cut the old tube out and put a new tube in.
The handle bar plate and the tie rod plate on the bottom are welded to the new tube.
It's A WHOLE LOT cheaper than buying a new stem. And having a machine shop do the work, you can have the stem custom made to the length you want.
