I need to vent..
I am either doing something WAY wrong so please correct me if I am.. I am really discouraged with this TBR swing arm. Just like the A-arms it's too wide to fit in the pivot holes. The chain gaurds is a messy fit, they should use a longer and wider bolt. It's hard to even tighten it..
HOW AM I GOING TO GET THOSE RUBBER SEAL IN IF I CANT EVEN GET THE SWING ARM TO LINE UP!! I did get the busshings in as far as I can I can take a harder look at them tomorrow but they look seated...
Not bashing TBR so dont get that way I am just really frustraited and need to call TBR.. Are they open saturday???

breath in thru your nose and out thru your mouth, it relaxs your body or they say it times it right. heck i don't know but i have felt like you before and i would have tried anything[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

Haha, you guys make me laugh, thanks! My feined was over and he said the same thing, I had a real crappy week and I just blew up at my swing arm [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] I guess it was pretty funey :S

MudStud,

If you have any more trouble working on the quad do this: Stop what you are doing, & get cleaned up. Grab one or more of your buddies and head to the nearest strip joint and buy yourself a lap dance. That should make all of your frustrations go away in a hurry.

Grady, slip the o-rings on over the brass bushings, up against the swingarm. after installing and finishing with bolt torques and everything, side the o-rings down into the bevels then.

I am cool, I talked to TBR and understand why they are tight.. I belive they ansewerd my questions for me... Thanks TBR...
