I need to vent..
I am either doing something WAY wrong so please correct me if I am.. I am really discouraged with this TBR swing arm. Just like the A-arms it's too wide to fit in the pivot holes. The chain gaurds is a messy fit, they should use a longer and wider bolt. It's hard to even tighten it..
HOW AM I GOING TO GET THOSE RUBBER SEAL IN IF I CANT EVEN GET THE SWING ARM TO LINE UP!! I did get the busshings in as far as I can I can take a harder look at them tomorrow but they look seated...
Not bashing TBR so dont get that way I am just really frustraited and need to call TBR.. Are they open saturday???

MudStud,

If you have any more trouble working on the quad do this: Stop what you are doing, & get cleaned up. Grab one or more of your buddies and head to the nearest strip joint and buy yourself a lap dance. That should make all of your frustrations go away in a hurry.

Grady, slip the o-rings on over the brass bushings, up against the swingarm. after installing and finishing with bolt torques and everything, side the o-rings down into the bevels then.
