Default engine reassembly question.

i got my engine apart today. not really that bad. a couple of questions befor it goes back togeather on tuesday. the decompression arm when the exhaust cam is reinstalled, should that be flipped up or flipped down between the lifter and the cam? on the inside of the cylinder head there is 4 studs and one bolt, do you torque the bolt to the same specs as the studs? what is the torque for the intake bolts?

Default engine reassembly question.

Long arm should be sticking up with the cam lobe and out at an angle, short arm should stick down and stick out just a little below the base circle of the cam. Make sure it works freely, especially with new cams, they are painted and have to be scraped off for it to work properly.

The 4 studs should be torqued at 44 lb/ft, the bolt at 24lb/ft.

Not sure but I think manifold would be 89 in/lbs.
