Of all the slip-on's I would say that the HMF is the most impressive. Great quality and easy to install. Unfortunatley they are a little loud, but they do make a quiet core for them that knock them down 2 decibels I think. I would recommend it for anyone who doesn't want to spend the money for a full pipe system.

Last I heard, they were $189.99 and you could choose any color you wanted. I think you can buy a spark arrestor and quiet core for extra cash, but I dunno - ThePunisher was running a standard pipe with none of that on it when I saw his HMF. The open pipe has enough force coming out of it you'll feel the exhaust blast hit you in the face standing six feet behind the quad as well.

I have the HMF. It's great, and the quad is fast. The price is $209. If I remember right, the quiet core was $37.

Eh, the HMF slip-on is nothing to write home about. It looks good, is loud without the quiet core, but doesn't work as well as a modded end cap. It does save some weight, mine recently broke right where the mid mount is. The mount broke off and took a quarter size chunk of the pipe with it. I tried an FMF as well, and in hindsight liked it better than the HMF. At this point, my third DS, I like the modded end cap best. The stock exhaust weighs more, but is as good as any aftermarket out there, with a modded end cap, that is...
