did a back check on this and didn't find anything conclusive. anyone running a ufo on their stock mikuni. i would like to know if it's worth the money, and if it really does add 3/4 to 1hp per 100cc's. it seems to make since but i just don't know. thanks

Those are made for round slides carbs.

i don't know much about carbs bigger, so didn't know that the stock carb on ds wasn't a round slide, but thanks for the reply, as for hillbilly, if everyone replied to serious questions like yourself, this forum wouldn't be worth a ****!!!

 

looks about like the power now for dirt bikes. if it is then it's a waste of money. i installed a power now on my yz426 and couldn't tell anything except my wallet was $100 lighter.

 

DSP makes someting simaler (spelling). they make it for 2 strokes and 4, take a look power now I seen it in dirt bike mag. on a wr426 with a FCR carb . to bade thy didnt make one for our carb ,I think this concept would work for the 42 or 45 minkuni, to stablize the air coming in. gain power over the whole range.

I have the Tornado in my DS. I can not say it help any but I know it did not hurt it any so I leave it in.
