My bike bogs or hesitates just after ideal, it seems like a bunch of air hits the top of the carb, hard to explain altought the bike idials fine starts fine and i can reve it all the way out with no miss if you call it a miss, I have stock carb ron wood igni, procircute exaust. might look at one size bigger pilot jet

 

when you say pilot jet do you mean the main jet I have a 185 in now[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img]

 

There is a pilot jet and a main jet. The pilot jet is like a "starting" jet which controls low RPM's like when its idling. When you say bog, its sounds like it may be rich on the bottom. Does it have a "bog" like if you were to leave the choke on?? You could try to lean up your air/fuel screw alittle at a time to see if that helps.
