Question about Baja lights on older DS

Default Question about Baja lights on older DS

I have an 01 DS 650 and was looking at thte new Baja lights mounted on the side.
Anyone know if its possible to mount these on my older DS?
I need some aux lighting for night rides at Glamis and I'm looking for options.

if you buy the kit from bomb they wire in real nice and yes they will work have had mine on for almost a year.

Do you possibly have a PN and cost?
My DS dealer is not easy to deal with

call 503-648-1254 ask for jose tell him you want the kit it wires in by unplugging the connectors and replugging the new ones. they have a set that isn't the kit you don't want that one. the kit uses your switch that you already have. $100 for the kit, it worth it though.

hey how come those aren't as bright as jeff's baja lights?[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] if you ride with him you could take all your lights off ,thats a lot of weight you could save[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

Thanks for the link and information.
Found a Bomb dealer in Parker Az
that has them online for $105 shipped.

Emailed the company you left a number for. They never got back to me.

Thanks again for the PN and ideas.
New lights for me.
Hopefully I can see a little better at Glamis
next month!!1

Dont waste you money. Do what I did.

I spent 48$ on radiator shrouds from graydon.
Then I got what ever lights I wanted. I went with the TrailTech flood/spot lights. I simply drilled 1 hole in the top of the radiator shroud and they hang upside down. They look perfect, no wiggle or jiggle. and they work GREAT!!!
All you need to do is tap into any power. I went off my tail light. Its always on with the high or low beam is on. So they are automatic....

Default Question about Baja lights on older DS

I want to use their new lights MR16 But I need a place to mount the ballast. All I want to due use the Baja light mounts with light in front and ballast in back.
