My pal crashed his 03 DS, tore the nose and headlight up. We need some good places to get a few parts online. The local dealer is clueless so we're trying to avoid the hassle of dealing with them.

hey man I have seen some killer deals on ebay.. thats where I get all my stuff and In the last couple months I have seen several sets of plastics for the DS at very reasonable prices...I think that would be your best bet..

If you have a dealer that will work with you, DS Plastic is Cheap when compared to other bikes. Our local Deal is Smuckers in the Eugene OR. area and I was told $60 for OEM rear fenders, Less that than $200 for every piece on the bike. Don't even have to pay shipping.....I think you can choice between Yellow, Black or Red. He did tell me that the same items from year to year will have a differant price, go figure, they all come from the same mold, so he said he would just order the cheapest years plastic. So asked for the price differances if your shopping. I think the decals are included as well.

PS our local dealer is a John Deere lawn tractor dealer. He's clueless about these wheelers. We wouldn't care to have them shipped to us.

My dealer told me $80 for rear fenders, $60 is a much better deal [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img] Also I was going to go with a red tank cover to add some color to my DS, the red one was $65, the Blk one was $29 ! So I am getting another Blk one...

 

Guys our closest dealer with any sense is over 2 hrs away. We would as soon order them online from a dealer else where. Help us out with some web addresses. Thanks for the replies anyway friends.
