Default what would win???

What would win a 2001 DS650 or a 2004 yzf450? The ds has a full big gun racing exhaust, uni filter, and jet sizes 175m 41p. and 22" razrs OR the yfz has full HMF racing exhaust jet sizes 175m 48p, no lid, and the yfz might be gettin a new pro flow kit from alba too. What will happen? And if anyone has any thing they can help me with ds mods tell me please and is the ds jetting right?

If the YFZ ridder knows how to drag race then you'll be looking at the back of his yfz. They are very quick.

Hard to tell ya if your jetting is correct. If your running Makuni jets and your close to sea level then prolly OK. If your running Dyno jets then at sea level prolly should be around a 185. You'll have to do plug checks to see what your jetting is at. As far as Mods. To drag race a stock yfz you could go with a carb mount filter, up your jetting another size and get at least a RWR rev box. You could prolly still have him looking at your grab bar with out the rev box. But you'll have to know when to shift so you don't lose time on the rev limit. There are other ways and mods. But they all cost money and in somne cases, lots of it.

If he's added a slip-on, filter, jetted, and adjusted his cams, you will see how cool he looks crossing the line.

been there, rode that.
