I Have A 02 Baja And IT Trys To Start But No Luck It Has K&N Jet Kit Main Is At 185 And Needle Is At 3rd
From Top Stock Piloit. It Has An FMF Power Core 4, K&N Filter, And Lid Is On. It Did Not Run Very Good
When Cold But Ran Great When Warmed Up.
If Anyone Could Help Me Thanks

did it start before you made any changes? I would look at the items you changed and make adjustments. I also have a 02 baja. I was set up close to what you have your baja set up. you will probably find that it is going to be running to rich with that size main jet. I dont think it would cause it not to start though. check your fuel tank vent line for blockage for one thing.
