Just wondering what everyone hauled their babies around in. I have a couple homemade trailers, one air ride, and was looking to build another small three atv trailer. I was wanting some good ideas about what everyone was using, or would want if they could build their own. Also, pictures would be nice if you like to show off your toy hauler.

Well, on short trips I am using my new aquired '94 F250 with a cab bar to haul both quads. If I need to carry a ton of stuff for a day trip, I bolt on the quad carrier. If I camp, use a toy hauler. But I find I dont use the toy hauler as much anymore. If I spend the night, I usually just stay in a hotel.

I bought my first three place trailer. had one stollen from my drive way a couple of months ago. so I just fabed up a single place tilt bed a couple of weeks ago. I also built a 8x8 rack to fit in the bed of a full size pu. for a neighbor. and another three place with fold down sides for a friend that I ride with.trailers are pretty sraight forward to build if you have a welder and band saw. there are a couple of plans for sale on ebay. that might be a good starting point. I like the trailers that the ramps double for side rails my self. that will probably be my next build.

Well, I've got my 1998 F150 2wd that drags a Big Tex 12' x 6.5' utility trailer. It works rather well, though I'd like to get an enclosed trailer of some type in the future so that I could park it somewhere and not worry about my ATVs. Click on the link in my signature to take a look at my goodies. hpphoto.com is pretty cool.

My DS sits nicely in the back of my 2003 Dodge 2500 Heavy Duty 8.0L V10 5 speed.

bought a new inclosed low top aluminum 4 place snowmobile trailer and never put a sled in it. no snow around here anymore but the nice thing is it's only 1200lbs empty(tows easy behind almost anything) and loads with gull wing doors front and back, with easy slotted tie downs for any machine hold downs. built by FLOE INDUSTRIES. pic's on my page click on the camera icon.
