i was wondering if anyone is running kms fuel injection setup? i am think of getting it for my ds as long as the can tune it for alky. if so how do you like it. let me hear your opinions

 

My fuel injection finally shipped today, should have it friday I'll let you know once it's running.

how much did it cost you to get the kms fuel injuction for your ds and does it have a full instraction on how to install it ?

 

complete fuel injection kit was $1300( but price has already gone down since I purchased), that includes a coupla hours on his dyno getting the mapping just right for my engine requirements. Don't have it yet, I'm told it does have an instruction booklet, Kelly custom built the wireing harness to my specifications on component location- he's a great guy to work with. I'll let everyone know how it went next week.

majorecho, get it running yet? just curious. i have been trying to get a hold of kms but they are not returning my emails or phone calls. i am really interested if their fuel injection can be set up for alcohol, and how well does it hold up in an off road enviroment with mud and water, and getting jarred around?

 

haven't had time to finish the install yet, but I like what I received. I hope to have it running by this coming weekend, if not I'll not be doing 4SW, I know Kelly at KMS has been very busy getting customers bikes out and the company bikes ready for 4SW try this number 623-363-7291 good luck.
