Has anyone done any performance mods to an Outlander 400? I have not been able to find anything yet. Just wondering if there is anything on the market and if its worth it.:confused

I RECENTLY PURCHASED A 2004 BOMBARDIER OUTLANDER 400 XT. I FIND IT TO BE A VERY GOOD MACHINE. I NOW HAVE OVER 100 MILES ON IT AND LOVE IT. I AM A SPEED JUNKY AND ALWAYS NEED MORE SPEED. I HAVE FOUND THAT ERLANDSON PERFORMANCE MAKES A CLUTCH KIT FOR IT THAT I HAVE PURCHASED AND AM VERY SATIFIED WITH IT. I HAVE ALSO GOT A K&N TO COME CLOSE TO THE SAME SIZE AIR FILTER. I PURCHASED IT AND IT WORKS GREAT. I ALSO HAVE FOUND THAT DYNOJET IS COMING OUT WITH A JET KIT FOR IT AS WELL SOMETIME IN FEBRUARY. THEY HAVE IT ALREADY MADE AND ALL THEY HAVE TO TEST IT AND WORK OUT THE BUGS. THEY TOLD ME SOMETIME IN FEBRUARY.

I wish Bombardier was a little quicker at releasing performance modifications for the Outlanders, there sure would be a market for them. Same thing holds for the Quest and Traxter, though they have been out long enough that some owners have figured out some performance tweaks.
