Ok, this is off the ATV topic but I wanted to ask.
I have a sick parent that needs a warm winter like 40's and not a scorching summer.... Fairly warm year round.
We need dirt! not sand like west texas..
I need a place to work in the IT field. Wife can always find work...
Good prices on houseing and income.

I have looked at Longview and Tyler. Any places that I am seriously overlooking please let me know..

You can try some of the surrounding towns like Spring Hill, White Oak, Gilmer, Henderson or Marshall. There are also alot around tyler like Chapel Hill, Overton, Arp and White House. That way you are close to the city and the houses are cheaper and alot more room to ride. Ive lived in Longview most of my life and in Tyler for about 5 yrs. Weve got 3 ATV parks locally and alot more within an hour or 2 drive. If you need anymore info or phone numbers or directions let me know with a PM. Ill help if I can.
