I live and go to college up here in the UP of michigan and yesterday when i woke up to get ready for class it was -10. I said screw that, there is no way im gonna walk to class in that, especially when the wind chill is -35.

 

We have been between -15 for a high to -30 all this week with a winshield of -50 to -60... I love this weather...

been -6 to -12 near green bay in the mornings here just about all week. Hi today was forcasted at +3, but at noon its still - 3.

Was planning on riding on the lake this weekend if the forcast holds. Sunday is suposeto be like a hot summer day with highs being way up in the mid teens! Hell that would be nice. Crack out the shorts, and warm up the DS! Lets go hit the ice......

 

I grew up north of North Dakota in Winnipeg. I talked to my sister last night and it was -43. With the windchill it was -55. That is why I moved to Nevada. 58 degrees yesterday.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif[/img]

 

Ahh quit your crying. Lol just kidden guys. It seams like anything below about -10 all feels about the same till you hit -35 then its a whole nother level and then on down to about -60 feels about the same. Get to -78 and then your talking pulling furniture away from the walls because the cold is coming through and you cant go outside besides your nostrils and lungs will freeze within a few breaths. Thats coldest I have ever been in here in Wyoming. The warmest it got that month was -25. It was brutal. This year so far the coldest has been about -35 but its been more consistantly cold this winter than I have seen in the last 5-6 years. Just break out the whiskey and you'll be fine.

-8 in northern Indiana this morning, I think it is like 0 right now, but the sun is out [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] Still thinking about getting the quad out though. it will be a very short ride if I go

 

man i wish it was -30 here. that would be sweet. it's -45 up here and has been for weeks. it gets 40-50 below for up to month before we get into 20 and 30 below again. We have 7 months of this, 1 month spring, 1 fall, and 3 summer. I really do love it up here though and im used to the cold. Plug your vehicles in!!!!!!

 

Ok, Now I can stop complaining!!

People actually live in that climate! WOW, How warm is it in spring,sumer and fall?
