Default New 720 kit

One of the engine builders has designed a new cylinder jug that will be 105.5 bore and not require the sleeve. It will be similar to the pami except not need any machine work. It will also have nikisil platting. They are looking for more people to show interest so they can start production. PM if interested.

Is this the same company that is making the 440 jug for the Z400?

Looked like a nice kit they were offering and a great price too.

If they do make it they should be marketing it to each and every DS dealer. The kit looked easy enough for anyone to bolt on.

If each dealer just bought one kit they would sell far more than they would over these forums.

No exchange, the new jug is not a modified stock jug. It is supposenly designed from the ground up.

I'm waiting to see how the new kits perform before I make my decision on which to buy.

I like thwe idea that it is still a coated cylinder, and doesnt need a Steel sleeve. Should help with cooling.

I have to ask though, is their room to BORE this new cylinder?? to maybe 110mm

Bigger.

If there is room, you would need a piston to fit. I would assume head seal issues would come to play if you tried to go to 110mm
