I have a 2001 ds650 that fires right up as soon as the button is hit. My grandpa has a traxter 500 that also fires as soon as the button is hit. They are the best starting atvs we have ever had and we have had all the brands out there. very very good machines

Your buudies not alone. my outlander 400 don't start good in my opinion. Runs fine after it's started though, I guess. I keep reading all the post about how its so much faster than the Polaris 400 and will keep up with the 500. Mine will not.

When you start your machines , you should
1)pull the choke all the way out
2) Dont give it any throttle
3)hit the start button.

If it wont start.

1) change the plugs
2)richen up your pilot jet(they cant all come jetted perfect from the factory)
3) also make sure you battery is at 100%, this will make a difference, believe it or not.

Bigger.

The only starting problems I've experienced with my Baja were due to battery issues. Otherwise, it fires up quickly and easily.

i like bombardiers they are ***** out but what really turned me off was that they didnt start for crap. im kinda relating this to the carb now because arent rotax engines high compression. that would make them run easier wouldnt it
