If your chain is too loose and/or your rear shock preload and/or damping is set too soft for your weight, you might have the chain roller problem. For 6 months I had no chain roller problems at all, until I softening up the rear preload and damping too much and didn't tighten up the chain to the correct tension WITH THE RIDER SITTING ON THE DS.
