I've used Haulers, and Edges. I'd suggest the Haulers, because you have the power to turn them. Haulers have awsome straight line performance. That's why all the big dogs run them. As far as a size, I've only ever ran 20x10x10 8 paddles. Considering your bikes got some power, you'd probably be safe with a 9, maybe even a 10 paddle tire. I'd suggest a 9 paddle, then play with air pressure to get what your looking for. If you were on a less powerful bike, say a stock 400ex, then the Edge would be a good all round tire. I don't know if the Extremes are worth the extra $ or not. The regular Haulers seem to take a beating from the super trick Banshees just fine.

Have you hubs drilled tapped out with the Yamaha, or Honda bolt hole pattern. Then go get you some 22/11/8 --8 paddle tripple buffs from JimSAND TOYs in Waynoka OK. these are THE BEST for drag racing.

Bigger.

Jim's Sand Toys is awesome. He's really reasonable on his prices. Also, he sometimes has some great deals on some barely used rubber.

Ooooo, that last line didn't sound right...........

triple buffs they all so remove most of the ruber on the side wall very light and get a lot of flats. The Extreme is 1/8 thicker to take on the weight and HP of large ATV's

well if you are into pure drag racing the triple buff probably are the way to go. most of us big bore guys out here have found for a good hill shooting plus riding tire we run the 22" 10paddle tire it does slow the flat speeds a little but we have lots of hills to play on so the 10 is handy, the 12 was to much, it was quicker out of the hole but slowed quickly. but these are all around tires pretty good at the race, pretty good at just riding.

Has anyone ever tried rubbing Vaseline all over thier paddles before racing?

I don't think that it would serve any purpose, I was just wondering if anyone had tried it...
