This is nothing new. Most of the time they spend beating up on each other, but when things get slow they find something else to bag on.

I try to avoid that forum for the most part. It's a lot more civilized over here that is for sure.

 

Pay attention and you will quickly realize it is a minority whom find it necessary to bash to get attention. Don't make the mistake of stereotyping all Yamaha owners or you will be no better. The DS 650 is a well-respected machine with me by-the-way.

 

Yea, just certain people always starting sh%t. oh well. Ds's are junk and raptors are the best...one of these days we will realize that

Yea, but if you would of had a raptor or yfz in your sig it would have been good, and all those morons that where talking sh@t would have givin you a serious answer to your question. Screw those guys!!!!!!

 

I just filled them in on how I felt about their remarks.

 

maybe they think ds's are junk because they haven't ridden with new ds's i heard like the 2000, 2001, 2002 are slower than the 2003 and 2004 models im not quite sure if it's true or not but that is what i have heard

I didnt bash a bit, I was just telling them exactly how I felt. The others on this imparticular thread i think were very cordual. They are saying it the way it is. I can appreciate how the others have said maybe its because they havent rode one yet and thats why they dont know any better. I have rode both several times, bro used to own one(see pics) and the DS is just a better quad for me, maybe not for someone else but for someone of my size it is better for me.
