The only diffrence in the seat is that it has a graphics kit on it, if that is what you want to call it. Other then that I dont believe there is any other diffrences in seats.
There really isnt to many problems with these things, I think some people were having troubles with the oil censor.

through 2003 (I think) the Rotax had a weaker shift fork. Newer models have a harder metal for the shift forks.
Water pump seals can go on you (very minor issue).
That's about it. Tranny, connecting rod, starter, etc. are all great components. The engine is the BEST built big bore and can take a lot more HP without modification.
