Jetting for endcap
I recently fitted my end cap
It has made a big differance thumbs up
But when runniong along the beach at say half to two thirds revs in 4th or 5th gear and then opening the throttle wide open the bike bogs a bit and the exaust pops a little
I thought it may be to rich but i did a full throttle plug chop and the plug is very light so now im thinking lean
Im on a 175 main at the moment and it was right at sea level needle in richest position
Any suggestions or similar experiance
All help apreciated

Yeah thats what i thought
im at sea level

i got a reply from mr hp today with a few suggestions ie try the needle a little leaner to see if it is rich in the mid range if that dont work go up to a 180
So i will try that out , its just a big pain in the *** getting jets it took me a week to find a 170 to try. living in northern Scotland is like being on the moon as far as atv parts are concerned
