ok today i was bored so i took the stock end cap off to see how it sounded yeh it sounds sick is that how it sounds with the mrhp end cap? also how much to jet this thing i live in attleboro mass how can i find my altitude? thanks guys

 

The MR HP end cap sounds nothing like that. It has a low tone to it. And its not quite as loud.

dsracer666 is correct jet for sea level. According to my topo software your at 115'. The surrounding area goes as high as 138' just out of town.

lol believe me it will sound good...and that REALLY LOUD deep sounds gets REALLY annoying after awhile....

i need to get one for mine. when i bought the ds i knew the muffler had been gutted because of the metalic sound. i pulled the stock end cap off one day just to see and sure enough there is nothing in there, at all!. i rode it around the yard with the end cap off and it sounded like a semi. i could feel it vibrating my clothes when i reved it. the cap is back on now but i need to get a whole new canister.
