I just ran my DS today for the first time since I put on the new moded end cap..(man its loud!)..But anyway..my question is..on the 1 run I made up the street, it felt like I might have my rev-limiter quicker than when it was stock. Does this sound like what should be happening?

Might be CDI time!

When you start modding your DS it will tend to rev up quicker and hit the rev limiter much faster then normal. That is why alot of people including myself get new CDI boxes.
