Hi, what would be the advantages of a 5 valves instead of 4 valves in a Bomb?

 

I really don't see an advantage, the aprilla motor that looks like the DS motor actually has 5 valves and when I tore into that motor I found noticeably smaller intake valves, intake tracts that had less direct passages and I just don't believe it could be made to flow as well as the standard DS head. I really don't know anyone that has built the aprilla motor to the level that DS owners have their machines. JMO.

 

maybee it will need someone who will try it to see them.....
