no pics of frontend off ground? no video?

12 paddle taller haulers are close to 17 paddle regular haulers.

less paddles might give better results. i've got 74RO 12 paddle superlites and they hook up plenty with my +8" swingarm. i have trouble with frontend coming up.

is that a +8" swingarm?

what diameter main turbine outlet pipe is that? it might do better with a wider/shorter main outlet pipe. i'm running the same turbo and I have a 2.5" turbine outlet pipe. i still get back pressure from it! guess i should have gone bigger.

it looks like a mild setup so far. there's a lot more potential there.

what compression piston?

gary told me it was the mildest set up it had he wanted to do some dailing time, it was the 8 inch swing, it was set to come off the line nice, it actually felt real good off the line and seemed to smooth out, i'd say fade but when i raced him with the nos it would start to pull away so fade it did not or should i say the nitrous started to fade.

DOn't have a video camera, so no videos! Maybe looking at a camera here in the future. Santa?

Can't answer the Tech questions. You'll have to give Gary or Kelly a call for all that. It is Gary's bike not mine and Tim is his rider.

I know it is fun to ride.

Try for Video at Sand Mtn, borrow a camera or something!

i didn't know it made it to 10 pounds boost, they talked about it but seemed like that was about the time gary got hurt. well it sure has power, but that is what we all want to hear. i didn't want to hear there was more i was having a hard enough time coming off the line and was still losing.

Sandman,
The turbo 800 was only running with one injector plugged in (63 lb /hr) Kelly did mention that it was pretty much maxed ( 100% duty cycle) out so I 'd guess it was putting out about 100hp on race gas. He wanted it broken in nice and easy so they didn't get too crazy. What size shot were you running 20? 25? I'd guess you were in the 80-85hp range???

Wow, 100 HP on gas without any bottle

I think after DS Day's the turbo business will be booming.

major all that you have pointed out is what gary told me also i don't know much about the nozzle part, heck rob was on the phone to kelly about every 5 minutes and the computer was going all the time. one of the funny moments was when i got there they had just won the hill shoot event and gary said get your helmont, so i go and make a few runs, felt like a pogo stick on the rear, so i ask gary who set up the rear suspension, and he tells me they set it for a light rider, i was thinking i'd kill myself with that set-up. well rob takes it out for about a half ride and figures out something isn't right for him either turned out the rear shock had lost the reservior line. the funny part was watching kelly try and race it without a rear shock that worked, he did manage to suceed but it was funny watching him bounce around. the thing that i liked the most was the steady pull all the time, how often do you have to reprogram your set up.
