DS650 Jetting for Glamis

I'm sure someone has already asked about main jetting for Glamis. I'm wondering if the stock 165 main jet is too lean, and if I should go up (but how far?). My 2003 DS650 Baja is stock (no engine mods).
Also: last season I used a Dial-a-jet, and dropped the main jet down to a 160 and put the Dial-a-jet up to the richest setting. The plugs looked good, but I kept stalling at low rpms (like when I was about to stop). THunder Products told me that I needed to change the pilot jet (upsize?) because I was running too lean at low rpms. Seemed like too much voodoo magic, so I removed the Dial-a-jet. Anyone else had issues with this product?
