Ced and Ernie. What do either of you use to protect your bikes from the salt water. Last time I went I sprayed my bike down with Wd-40 before I went and on the way out I stopped at a car wash to spray my bike off. THe next morning my sprokets and chain were showing rust.

 

All i do is grease my bike before i go,wash it when i get home and grease it again.I have never had any problems,i don't think it would be a good idea to wash it at the car wash there.I normally cover my bike with a tarp at night.

Ernie, I will try and make it out next weekend to Holly Beach. I will know for sure alittle closer to the date. P.s. My DS isnt that fast.
