Yes they were a pain but worth it
I recently bought some AC Racing pro peg nerfs off ebay. They are the "old" style (what the ad said anyway) with the heel protectors seperate. It took about 2 hours to get them on, and that's with my wife's help and with some serious prying. Since I have a broken hand it was vital to have some one helping and she insisted, so....
anyway they are on now and I love them. 2 reasons for the post...
1) The ad said these are the "old style", does anyone have pics of the "new style"
2) after the first half hour or so my hand was throbbing so bad that I had to take a pain pill (thank God for Vicodin) and went to sleep. My wife basically did all the work herself. She is not that mechanically inclined, but figured out a way to get them on. So no more complaining about how hard it is guys ! My wife did it !!
