Default OIL RESERVOIR PRESSURIZED?

Is it normal for a dry sump system to pressurize the oil tank/reservoir? Is there a regulator that would control the actual pressure in the system? It seems to have more pressure in the tank/reservoir then it had in the past. The turbo cannot evacuate the oil as quickly until the oil thins and was thinking maybe an air gap from when it goes though the return line to the bottom of the engine? Any ideas?

Thank's in advance for any info .

The Oil system should not be pressurized. I would check you crank case vent tube to make sure it is not getting clogged.
