I dont think so , Then again im not a Mech. that works on this stuff day in and day out. I personnaly think its the nature of the beast and has never caused any performance issues.
Like you said they do go away.
However you and I can only assume that the noise were talking about is the same thing when in fact it may not be. If your concerned, it would be in your best intrest to take it to a Mech. and have him listen to it.... It may not even cost you anything if the guys cool enough.

I appreciate the input guys. It can't possibly be the tensioner becaue it does it at a stand still, I believe that the low idle might be my ticket, but I am still concerned because it does it at low speed. I will let the mechanic check it out during the 20 hr.
