It will fit. But you need everything to make the conversion from the earier years. I got mine from TVI. Don't remember exactly what the price was though. The 04 is lighter and uses 2 - 35w bulbs instead of the single one. Looks great too. Well worth it.

http://www.tvipowerandsports.com/ I don't think they show the kit on their site. BUt it's been a while since I have been to Gary's site My bad....anyway you should be able to find thier contact info and land line. Jose' usually answers and know exactly what you need.

Default headlight question?

Jose at TVI has the set-up.

If I remember right one of the previous threads on this had a few parts missing from the parts detail I got from TVI.

If your not in a hurry I can fax you the parts detail next weekend. I'm pretty sure I have TVI's breakdown in parts in the garage somewhere.

Is it just the bulb that is broken or is it the entire headlight?

Definitely go with the new style. If you have yellow plastic, I suggest the black shroud. The yellow one isn't the same color.

PM me your fax number and I'll get it over.

I don't have the patience to figure out the scanner otherwise I would put it out there that way.

When you call TVI they already know what all parts are needed and will send you everything. Don't try to give them a list of what you think you need or that is all you will get. They know all that is required and will send it all to you. I think...Not sure but Jose' charged me $117.00 That was about a year ago though. You should give them a call to get the latest info though
