Default My Genesis Motor is Gone,

I sold the motor on Ebay a couple of weeks ago. The buyer finally came thru with the funds. The motor is packaged up and ready to ship. Although Im excited about the next generation of this quad, it is somewhat sad to see it go. It was a fantastic year of drag racing to say the least. We defenately raised a few eyebrows this summer at the tracks. Alot of conversations about 4 strokes and their progess. I have a room full of trophies and the photo's to back them up.

I just wanted to say thanks again to Eric at HPR. But it is time to move along to bigger and better things. A gsxr 1000 or Busa motor will be going in it now. Hopefully, that will feed the need longer than a year. Geez, this stuff is adicting. LOL

Gary

P.S.,
I finally got the quad down under 250 lbs. LOL

Default My Genesis Motor is Gone,

I know the feeling... Congrats on your sell. I have a frame sitting here that bidaddy is going to drop a busa motor in.
Maybe If needed run a 100 shot on it w/ light set-up.. Its the reliable power we are all after.
We were thinking a gsxr750, but we might get sick of that too soon. It is addictive.

Are you talking the Genesis snowmobile engine? I've been looking all over to buy one. If that is what you sold, was it stock and how much did it go for?

Dbeck,

Sorry, it was the Horsepower Research DS650 Genesis motor. Thats what he labeled it with the mods we had.

Mongo,

I like that name, "Hayabomber". Thats good.
