I am quite happy with the extra lights on my baja. They would be the easiest install. I ran with just the baja lights most of last year as my headlight didn't make through a tumble down a hill, plenty bright enough. The lights are like 20$ a piece, not sure how much the brackets are, but pretty sure they sell as a whole kit.

HIDs have droped alot in price. I think Trailtech is selling pair for as cheap as $230. They are the universal type that you mount on your frame. Trailtech

You can get the factory baja lights and as a kit with guards and all. Complete nice fitting tucked away like they should be. Get them here

$108 for the whole kit

The stock baja lights with some 55w bulbs and it's like daylight when you turn them on.

The Baja lights help. I added to mine by putting Silver Star 55 watt bulbs in mine. They produce a nice , clean , white light. They make my main headlight look yellow. Someplace to check for better bulbs is Ricky Sator, http://www.rickystator.com/pages/bulbs.html.

helmet lights are great for night riding and are cheap. The let you see when you turn your head.

Regular mounted lights dont.

I hate riding at night now without my helmet light.
