If I did not have bad luck I think I would have no luck at all. I got all the parts for the new axle and the stock sprocket hub for the DS650 does not fit on the DuraBlue axle both are for the 05 models. Time for more calls Monday.

sounds like something that would happen to me. first you brace yourself to tear apart the ds. then you cant wait to get it back up, then when you think you will be riding, smething you wait forever for is wrong and you go to bed that night dreaming of riding and wantin to choke some salesmen who left out that little piece of info that could have saved you a month. i have been there..... wait a minute...... i am there! works shocks better get there shi## together!

Things I have had bad luck with and lost money.
1. The place I bought my DS from total rip-off. I have stopped doing businesses with them.
2. Custom-X exhausts. It was Heavy, loud expensive.
3. Sam Coe all most blew up my engine but got it fix just before he closed shop.
4. MBRP did not work.

Things that work great but took extra work or extra time too get working.
1. TCS shocks the best but it took about 4 months to get the new rear spring for my old fat body.
2. PPD Racing air box had to cut off corner to fit Graydon Proline pipe.
3. Graydon Proline pipe my own fault it work great but I messed it up making too many changes to it.
4. TBR, Just do not do businesses just before a big race.
5. IMS Gas tank just took extra time for them to finished design.

Thing that just work
1. Edelbrock 42mm QS carb
2. Parts from Ron Wood
3. Parts from On Dunes Performance
4. Vortex CDI
5. Sand Tires from Daryl Smith Sand Tires and Fullerton Sand Tires.

Thing still working on but looking good
1. Fox float air chocks
2. DuraBlue
3. Pingel fuel valve.

DuraBlue came through they are sending me a new sprocket Hub. The first run of the 05 DS650 axles were off on the Sprocket side.

I got the new sprocket hub yesterday from DuraBlue at no cost. I still can not believe someone admitted to a mistake and fixed it, thank you DuraBlue. Now I just have to get a tougher socket to get the brake rotor off. I have busted one. Bombardier locktite is some tough stuff to brake lose and cheap socket due not help either. (I did heat up the hub first.)

yes my 760 lost like 12hp w/mbrp pipe, it sits up stairs in storage slowly rotting away.
