i listen to you guys talk about clutch spring swap outs....how exactly do you benefit from it? also is the same mod possible for my predator?? any input would be great!!

lol..that's pretty funny shmee...[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] i just found out that every since it went into my engine it has NEVER been running right..my timing chain is out of whack and i keep jumping time!!! it will be fixed in the next month or so!!! don't worry i'll be ready!!! ps...i did not do alot of research before i bought my pred...went to leisure life to pick up a part after i bought my pred and saw that they were bomb dealers....if i would have known that ...i'd prob be riding one!!! don't let your head get too big over that comment!!

Hey omaha, did you read that shootout in the latest Dirt Wheels, between the pred and the craptor. Those guys are such a bunch of idiots. One of their judging criteria was how much of a roost can a bike throw at the top of a dune???? Supposedly the pred is not very good at that move, so the bike is a piece of junk I guess.

omahapredator, I don't have a Ds anymore and this is still where I hang out, great people here.
If your Preddy isn't modded out, most likely you won't need clutch springs, it sounds like you might have another issue going on, is that a common problem on preditors? It would cost big buck, but On my ds I had the gears back cut, then it was so smooth, and never misses a shift.
